One Day Snowshoe Trip
The all enduring and oldest mode of winter travel, the Snowshoe has become more than just a great way to play in the snow, it is the mystic of Mining camps and many a pilgrim climbing the Chilkoot Trail out of Skagit, longing to strike it rich. Those cold nights when men and the elements tested each other, the crunch of fresh snow beneath their feet. The picturesque log cabin in the woods with a pair of skis or a pair of snowshoes fastened to the side as if to say only the hardy enter here. For fun or serious business, the Guided Snowshoe trip is a great way to move about the Wild places and find that inner quiet we all miss more than we know. $120.00 for an adult. $80.00 for children 12 and under, with a box or field lunch, (see our menu and place your order, lunch cost not included) great camp stories and music to make for a memorable day. Redfeather & Tubbs Snowshoes are available for sale or rent at $20.00 per day and bring those babies with you, we have a Kinder Shuttle kiddy sled to haul them along and keep them toasty.
