CASCADE MOUNTAIN RESCUE

&

OUTDOOR CLUB

VOLUNTEER TRAIL CREW WORK, SLEEPING BEAUTY TRAIL

Our club serves three purposes.  First we are an organization committed to responsible use and access of the Gifford Pinchot Wilderness Area and Mount Adams Region.  Secondly we are a group of highly trained Search and Rescue operators available to Klickitat County and The State of Washington. We provide emergency search and rescue, wilderness medical support, and a continual training center for those areas. Thirdly, if you desire access to training on federal or state property, you must become a member of this Non-Profit based club to obtain access to the training offered, but no fee or cost is required.  Donation and gifts are excepted to offset costs for trail maintenance tools, rescue equipment, and school programs for children.  Our guides, who are also  club members, will not be employees of Cascade Mountain & Ropes Outdoor Adventure LLC at the point of entry on to Federal or State property and will not receive income while conducting training or club activities.  They will become a club instructor and a volunteer in the club, and no transfer of funds will be conducted between you or Cascade Mountain & Ropes Outdoor Adventures LLC for your club training or activities.  Gifts and Donations are allowed to be given to the CMROC Club.  This process allows us to provide you access, while not actively engaging in for profit activities as a commercial operator.  This club provides you with a 10% discount on all equipment and training programs.  We will mail you a quarterly news letter with current information on club activities, sales on equipment and training and current trail work schedules for club teams.  Our goal as a Non-Profit club is to provide a form of volunteer ownership and access for this beautiful area we live in.  Trail work crews will be created and have a whole weekend to provide trail work as directed by their team leaders.  A time for Mountaineering training and a Barbeque will be included in the team weekend.  This is a volunteer organization and there are no paid leaders or members in this club.  All Gifts, Donations and Dues for membership go directly into the cost of club operations and at no time will any club member or officer receive monetary compensation.

Club membership Recommended gift or Donations $ 20.00 renewal per year and $ 320.00 for a lifetime membership.  For a membership application form call or e-mail us at: (509) 395-3620  Clymber10man@hotmail.com
